Provider Assistance & Support

The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) delivers direct assistance to healthcare providers and organizations across the state in critical areas of EHR usage, optimization, practice transformation (including Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition), as well as HIE adoption and utilization.

We often provide these services via initiatives and collaborations with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), and through on-site support, remote assistance, and educational tools. Our goal is to help providers and organizations further their efforts to improve patient care, increase population health, reduce provider burden, and decrease healthcare costs. To date, NYeC has assisted over 10,000 providers from all practice sizes as they navigate the complex landscape of grant and certification programs in areas of:
