Val Grey, NYeC’s Executive Director, was recently honored and recognized as one of Crain’s New York Business 2018 Notable Women in Health Care, a celebration of female professionals working in healthcare who have impacted New York through their professional, civic, and philanthropic achievements. This list is part of a year-long series from Crain’s New York Business to celebrate women in the workplace, across industries.
The list highlights the careers of 78 female healthcare leaders in New York City. When choosing the honorees, Crain’s also looked at community service, a track record of mentoring others, and promotion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
