In this edition of NYeC News, we announce our exciting new initiative with 2-1-1 NY, supported by an award from HHS’s Administration for Community Living and their Social Care Referrals Challenge. Together, NYeC and 2-1-1 NY will create a foundation for stakeholders across New York and beyond to support information exchange spanning health and data related to social needs and services. In addition, we have released a new health data privacy resource, “Mind the App”, for consumers and providers to read and share.
