NYeC NEWS: VOLUME 100: March 8, 2019
In February 2019 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) proposed new rules related to interoperability, information blocking, and secure access. More information on each of the proposed rules, as well as information on how to submit stakeholder feedback as part of NYeC’s advocacy efforts, outlined in the newsletter.
Additionally, several special guests from the Governor’s office and State Legislature joined NYeC’s February board meeting as a part of an interactive dialog with our Board of Directors.
